First you need to check show advanced option in Help. The the punctuation
options will be found in the keyboard and screen nodes of the settings
panel.

Subject: Need to find speech and punctuation settings
Dear List:
After installing version 7.5 window-eyes, I made the mistake of making
some changes to the wizzard that came up concerning speech and punctuation
settings. Now, I need to reset some of those punctuation settings.
However, since the structure is different from before, I do not know where
to change the speaking of punctuation. My keyboard echo also went silent;
where can I turn this back on again? I also stopped the app toolkit
because as soon as I go to the yahoo website, window-eyes crashes because
of toolkit error. What should I do about that problem as well. Thanks
