Hello, press control-shift-t to hear the title and status of the active
window. The very last thing spoken is the status of the window itself.
It will say either normal or maximized. We got rid of the Vocal-Eyes
layout, so if you want to change hot keys, you can do it from the hot
key section and make them all global.
