Dear all.
I am writing to state my impressions on the support I am receiving so
far from GWMicro. This is despite me not purchasing Window-Eyes yet. I
have to say you seem to be a fantastic bunch of guys. I reported on this
list a problem that occurs during my installation of Window-Eyes, and,
momentarily, Steve wrote me off this list to ask if I have any other
SAPI voices on this machine. I then replied back and told him I would
double check. I will certainly write to him back on my findings. So
great job guys, even for someone like me who is a prospective customer!
I have to say, very few companies will go this far these days, so it's
refreshing to know such companies like GWMicro exist to provide support
even at the presales stage.
