I am running WE 7.5 and the iTunes app on my XP pro sp3 laptop. I
have spent a couple hours trying to create my first iTunes account
with no apparent success. I usually get through the first screen
asking for email, password, birthdate, etc. Sometimes I can complete
the second screen form, sometimes not, which asks for credit card,
expiration date, name, address and phone. When I press the continue
button I am placed somewhere where I cannot navigate to anything. If
I use the F6 key to try getting to a meaningful form most often I get
a WE error reporting screen.
Does this make enough sense for anyone to help me with this situation?
