Hi all. As in James Mannion's case, I discovered that there are two apps
with nearly identical names, the one shown as running is called Internet
Explorer Enhancement 1.0.2, and the other is called I e enhanced 1.0.2. The
second one mentioned is the one that is shown as stopped. I thought that by
removing the app and reinstalling it that it would install only one of the
apps. But, both are reinstalled, hmmm.

Stephen Clower told me during a phone call to test the remote assistant
feature that the app shows two installations with one running and one as
being stopped. The remote assistance feature is not yet working on my
computers, but that is another story for another time, smile. He seems to
think that the firewall built into my router could be blocking the feature
from working properly which would require determining which port needs to be
unblocked which could take time to figure out. .

Mike Lawler told me as well that more urgent matters need to be dealt with.
He mentioned this to me when I wanted to discuss the situation concerning
the I e enhancement app which is still not quite resolved.
