Barbara, Remote Access has been with Windows forever. So if someone
helping you needs to use it to remote in to make changes to your
computer and they don't use Window-Eyes, then they can still do this
regardless.

She lives in a different city and we have used remote access a bit with
team viewer. Since she does not need or use WE, how do we now handle
remote access? Does she use a demo copy of WE? Does she just use Team
viewer in the normal fashion at her end and I use what is now with WE?
