Hi:

Regarding excepting a meeting request, all he has to do is highlite the
message, Applications and arrow down, hit enter on except.

There then will be some radio buttons except with comments ETC.

Regarding printing, make sure he has a default printer set.

Subject: Printing and Accepting Meeting Requests in Office 2010

Hello All:

I was trying to assist a Help Desk client with two issues. He's running
Window-Eyes 7.5 and office 2010.
1. When he's in a word document and wants to print it, he presses
ctrl-P to go to the print dialog. All of the choices for printers,
number of copies and the like are there, but there's no visible print or
OK button. I suggested he just hit enter when he's positioned on
'Number of copies' and he does this but it doesn't work. Any
suggestions?
2. My client also got a meeting request in Outlook 2010. He had to use
the mouse pointer to find the accept button for it, but when he clicked
it, the request was not moved to his calendar.

He's had Office 2010 for just a week, and as I say, he's running
Window-Eyes 7.5. Any ideas?

Thanks,
