Dear List: Where can I find the quick start wizard that changes how window-eyes speaks. Last week I was told where to find it, but somehow I now have forgotten. I just installed IE 8 and my speech reverted back to rate 30. Hopefully, nothing else more serious has happened when doing this install. I went to the control panel and changed the speech rate back. But, I would like to make a note of where the wizard is located in case I want to use that option. Thanks.
