On the loosing speech with find issue. I have occasionally got this, and here are my observations. It most often occurs when I'm browsing the web. My main browser is Firefox 3.6.15, though I occasionally use IE 8. When I loose speech, I have often pressed Windows d to minimize all applications and return to the desktop. I have a sound set up for minimizing programs, and it takes a while before I hear this sound. Shortly after hearing this sound, WindowEyes usually starts speaking again. It's as if something slows down the the whole system. I'm running Windows XP SP3, which has recently been reinstalled due to an issue I was having with apps not working. I have Microsoft security Essentials as my antiirus and am using the Windows Firewall.
