I have that problem a lot here with Window Eyes 7.5 and Windows 7.
The problem seems worse now than it did with my Window Eyes 4.5 and
Windows XP.
I'll ctrl-shft-a to turn Browse mode off then ctrl-shft-a again and
Window Eyes will say "Browse Mode not available".
