First, go to keyboard and right arrow to expand the node.
Next, arrow down to special keys.
Assuming you want to make changes for all programs, tab twice to arrow keys and up arrow to yes. This makes the arrow keys say left right up and down. Tab twice again and press up arrow to get the enter key to say enter whenever it is pressed.
Nest two tabs puts you on the escape key.  Up arrow to yes to hear escape.
Next, the function keys will say F1 F2, etc when you select yes.
Key Enhancements will make the alt control and shift keys speak.
Finally, the toggle keys setting is so you can hear whether the caps lock, insert and scroll lock are turned on or off.
Once you have made your choices, press control plus S to save your settings.
