acording to gw this app is not needed for w e 7.5 because the fix is already
incorperated into the program.

This app will not install over version 1.5. When I removed the 1.5 version,
1.6 would still not install. I receive the error that the package failed
validation. I am using WE 7.5 with Window XP Home SP3. The version on my CD
was 1.5. This was following a clean install from the WE 7.5 CD.
