Hi, I have Windows Vista and W.E. 7.2. "I think I've got it." I'm not getting the G.W.Toolkit error message. I went to W.E. and found out that not everything had been installed completely. I think that because of that, I was getting that error message. A BIG Thank you to the support staff and G.W. Info people who offered help and suggestions.
