Another good program is nod32. 
 Its a payed program, but not everything is free, lol. 
 You can read some blind consumers reviews of nod32 at 
http://www.accesswatch.info/
I do not know if they're absolutely up to date, but it'll kind of give you a 
good idea about what features are accessible with the keyboard, what features 
you should use the mouse for, etc etc.
