Hello there. Take the following steps. 1. open the window-eyes control pannel with control backslash. 2. press ault and arrow up and down until you hear something about apps. 3. Press enter. 4. Make sure that when arrowing through this menu, that the app status is not set to manual start, or off. If it is, press enter on app status and press up arrow to get to on. Once there, press enter and your good to go. Hth.
