A lot of network cards use the hotkey for screen rotation. You can turn
it off by trying the following:
Go to your desktop and see that no icon is selected. If it is, press
ctrl-space. Now use your context menu key and go to graphics
properties. There should be a tab hotkeys, check the checkbox for
disable hotkeys. Your voice rotor keys should work then.

Subject: Question About Reading Speed
Good Morning,
I have an interesting problem. On my computer at home the use of
control alt up or down arrows to change the reading rate works fine. At
work it doesn't work at all. I'm using WE 7.5. Any ideas why this
might be the case? Also I have frequent problems with the voice going
silent for a matter of fifteen seconds up to a minute when working with
various applications. Just as I'm about to assume the computer has hung
up or the voice has died it comes back. Any suggestions as to how to
address this problem. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Regards,
Bob Martin
