I don't think this is really possible unless you have some vision and can
see the line. If so, then hyou can put your mouse at the beginning of the
line and use the mouse position hot key (control+insert+plus) to get the x,y
coordinates. Then you'd have to put it at the end of the line as well. After
that, you'd have to place the mouse at the bottom of the line, and at the
end of that line as well wherever it ends on the screen. You'd have to use
the mouse position hotkey in each of the four locations.

Otherwise, you'd just have to look at the html code to see what was
designated.
