Joe, If you are using Internet Explorer 6, that is the problem. I believe certain versions of FireFox may do the same thing but don't know that for certain. When I was having the problem, I experimented a lot and found no solution except to upgrade tpo IE 7 or 8. If you have been using Facebook for a while and this just started and you are using IE 7 or 8 already, the problem probably has to do with changes that they have been making in their mobile website. My understanding is that they have tried to somehow make that site more device-specific. It is working here with IE 8, but you might need to leave Active-X controls on or make other adjustments.
