hi, a better salution is to define a key for app status.
when this starts happening just press this key to turn app status off. when
the download is finish turn it on again. I can also reproduce this problem
so how soon can we exspect a fix for this app?

To stop the extra speech, open the Window-Eyes control panel, go to
Apps/App Management/Add or Remove Apps, and uninstall IE Enhanced. Note
that doing this will remove our enhanced support for the IE 9
notification bar.
