I have a problem with Windows Live Messenger. When I go to open it, it says that “msnmsgr.exe is not in the dynamic link l...” What does this mean? I know that I cannot open it now, where I could open it a few weeks ago. I tried re-opening with Avast disabled to know avail. I hope someone can help.
