Hi all.
The arrow/app starting are mouse pointer shapes. You set the voice to
off in the mouse node of the Control Panel. As for custom control, this
is a verbosity setting. But can't remember where exactly it is. It's
probably in the focused category under the common node. Note advanced
options need to be enabled under the help menu.
