Hi Ivan,

In the new Window-Eyes interface you're not in menus. You're in a tree view. So when you cursor right to open the screen node it should say, screen expanded, X items, where x is the number of items you can now cursor down through to select. When you've selected one of those items press TAB to move to the list of related parameters. You can TAB through that list and make any desired changes. If you TAB through the entire list you'll land on the Save Settings button, which will do just that. You can also hit the Control-S hotkey to save your settings at any time. If you continue to TAB through the options you'll circle back around to the location in the tree view where you started. But you can also hit F6 to jump back-and-forth between the tree view and the parameters. This allows you to make various changes without having to cycle (TAB) through all the parameters in each node.

Hth,
Tom

Subject: Blank wall in W E705

I want to stop W E 7i05 from saying "blank". In previous versions this was no problem but in 7.5 I run into a blank wall. I open the WE control panel. I open the screen menu. I am presented with either "voice" or punctuation. I open these headings up with the right arrow, (not together, of course) and IS run into the blank wall, I can go no further. Can somebody please enlighten me.
Thanks
Ivan
