Hi.
1. Open the apps menu with alt-a.
2. Open the app management pull down.
3. Open the add or remove apps dialogue with d.
4. Click the check for updates button or press alt-u.
5. I recommend you update all apps found by clicking update all or by
pressing alt-a.
6. Follow any further prompts.
7. Click the close button.
