I have a strange issue on my machine at home which is a Dell laptop running XP and WE 7.5. In Outlook 2003, when opening an HTML message, browse mode is always off, and I have to hit CONTROL-SHIFT-A to turn it on. This also has to be done with some web pages. The workaround seems to be to open an IE session, and hit INSERT-A, and WE says "auto load on". Then HTML messages in Outlook will start reading when opened as usual, but sometimes this operation needs to be repeated during the same session, and must be repeated when the PC is turned on after being shut down. Is there a way to get this auto load setting to stay on?
