wrong. there is no option to install the updated app from the dialog.
you have to go to the add remove screen. open the view pull down and change
it from show all to installed apps. then press f5 to refresh the screen.
then it will show the apps that are outdated. in my case it was the quick
start app and the barcode scanner app.
but it keeps saying the barcode app is out dated every time it is installed.
i have to disable it to stop the dialog from comeing up.

When you get that message, just tab and update it from the message. You
don't need to go to App Manager to do it. It will go away after that,
because you have done the update.

the one for the bar code reader was installed and it kept comeing up in

list for updateing every time. even after it was updated. the installed
package has the same 2.00 version on the current and update version. it
won't go away so i uninstalled it. but the update notice still comes up
