I.e, the license code used to install Windows, Office, AntiVirus ETC. I am converting to a new PC, and have a couple of software on my old unit, that I would love to have installed on the new one. Problem is, that I don't have the license keys, since the old unit came with the products installed. For instance, Partition Magic; would be nice to have installed on the new unit. The old one is going to the ditch anyway. Smile! I know, there used to be such software around, that would reveal the license keys, for your installed software. But are they still around? Also, what do you do, when your system's COA sticker is no longer readable? That is when such a software would come in handy, since you would get the license key of the installed Windows and Office right on the screen.
