I had the same kind of thing happen yesterday, not with the same message, and unfortunately, I don't know why it didn't read the message, but when it did, I don't know why it finally did. But I had to restart the computer before it read the message. In other words, I don't know what caused it not to read the message I couldn't read, and I don't know what caused it to be able to read emails before and after that. Pam.
