Hi gang,
I posted this about a week ago and got feedback on how to do it. Now
my question is how to make it stay unchecked. I have a Dell laptop
xp and we 7.5. I go into control panel and uncheck hot keys
and click on ok and click on apply and it shows unchecked until I go
back to the desktop and then it's back to checked. It's the hot key
for adjusting we speech peramaters, alt control and up down arrows.
It's also used for rotating the screen. Actually, I have tried using
the bypass key, insert B but it still doesn't do the speech changes.
Any ideas as how to make it stay unchecked?
