this is a app bug as far as i am concerned.
if you use the app get, go into the view pull down and change it to only show outdated. then press f5 to refresh the screen then it would show the outdated apps you have installed that will not be detected in the add remove app dialog. ----- Original Message ----- From: Don H

 that at least on of the apps was out of date was resolved by finally
 finding that the IE enhanced app was out of date.  The update all
