the keyboard commands for adding a sound from a file that you have is ALT plus n then the letter O then the letter F, for adding sound from the Microsoft clip is ALT plus N then the letter O then the letter S, to navigate from the clip organizer you want to press F6 just like how you navigate from different fields, hope this helps
