Running WE 7.5 on a Win 7 64 bit machine. I do not have WE set to run
at start up.
When I check for and install Windows updates that require a restart WE
will start talking during the reboot process. When the reboot is
complete The desktop comes up and WE is not talking and requires a
manual start as I have it set up.
Why is WE temporary starting during the Windows update process?
