Hello all.
Please can you explain what on earth is going on?
I am using Window-Eyes 7.5. Every now and again I get lots of errors
relating to the remote procedure call. I think this is a Windows
service, but I am not sure. Whatever it is though, it gives the process
name, like explorer.exe, and tells me the remote procedure call fails to
execute. The workaround is to log off and log back on again, but surely
this is an annoyance rather than an inconvenience. I never get this with
the free or other paid for screen readers.
I don't think it matters what operating system and platform either; it
still occurs. It's quite random, so hard to reproduce all of the time.
Please respond as soon as possible. Just don't want to feel I am losing
my marbles! Lol!
