Hi Patricia, I never use this feature, but could you have "reading layout" turned on (where it shows two pages at a time, side-by-side)? Then maybe when you hit the bottom of page one it would go one to page 3. I don't know 2007 well enough to help, but I'd check under the view tab to look for a way to turn off reading layout and go back to print layout. just google 2007 and "reading layout" if you don't see it in Word, you should be able to turn up something. hth, Chip
