I have the format in Outlook 2003 set up for HTML. This is creating a couple of inconveniences. From time to time We will go into browse mode while I am typing a message. One consistency is when I press insert+I followed by the letter H to insert a link, the insert dialogue is in browse mode so I need to press control+shift+A to get it out of that mode so I can insert the link correctly. When I tab to OK We will return to the body of the message in browse mode. Another problem is when I receive a message that is in HTML format, and I forward that message, it is difficult if not impossible to edit the message. In these cases I have no idea where WE is and often Window-Eyes will not read the original message. The work around in this case is to check plain text under the format menu which then causes Outlook to strip anything that is not supported by plain text.
