Darren,
Open the Window-Eyes Help menu, and be sure "Show Advanced Options" is
checked. Next, navigate to Keyboard/Punctuation in the settings
treeview, and enable the types of punctuation you wish to hear spoken.
This assumes that your keyboard voice is set to something other than off.
As for your mouse problem, where are you issuing the review commands?
Does changing the state of the active window from normal to maximized,
or maximized to normal, make a difference? Also, press Control-Shift-B
to cycle through the different mouse boundary selections and see if that
improves your ability to navigate.
