In addition to Tom and Mike's helpful answer, I just want to mention that if
you reinstall any factory set files (such as Word's), and you have
program-specific apps installed (such as WordNav or MS Word), then you will
also need to reinstall these apps afterwards, as their association with Word
is lost when you reinstall the set files, and so will not run until you do
so.

Robert.  The word 2003 set is no longer on the cd.  However, make sure that
you install the sets for Office 2003.  Word has become a part of the Office
suite of programs such as Power Point, Outlook, Exccell, and so forth.
