I am using Outlook 2010,windows 7 and Window-eyes 7.5. WE frequently will not read an opened message. Even after I press "read to end," the computer makes a "ding" sound. The only way I can read the message is to shift tab into the subject field and then tab back into the message body. Why won't WE just read the messages after I press "read to end?"
