Hi. I am having difficulties with the following site: www.walmart.com/credit, particularly making a predated payment. Here are the steps I am following.
I enter www.walmart.com/credit in the run box under Windows 7 and am using I e 9. After the main page opens, I press the insert-tab keys to focus the links list. I press the letter m approximately 20 times to reach a link to manage account and pay bills. Sometimes that link doesn't always take me to the page of 17 links, however, sorry I can't remember the number of headings. Anyway, I find a link that says sign in now. I click on that link. The page opens where I enter my password. I get the opportunity to enter my user I d before I click the sign in now button. After I enter my password I am taken to a page where I press m to open a make a payment link. After that I check the radio button to enter a different amount other than the preselected amounts. I come across a read only edit box which is today's date. Below the edit box is a button that says click here to change the date. When I press enter on the button nothing happens. When I try to left mouse click the button or use the context key to open the page, I am taken to a page which is different from where I make or enter payments or change the date.
