iTunes is accessible with Window Eyes. As for how well it works, it
should be kept in mind that iTunes is a complicated program, and
requires some practice to become familiar with it. The best way to
approach using iTunes is to focus on learning how to do the things that
you need and want to do. To address the basics, you will need to use
iTunes to update the firmware on the iPhone. This is pretty easy to do,
as once you get iTunes installed, whenever you plug your phone into the
PC, iTunes should launch, and if there is a firmware update available, a
dialogue will pop up asking you if you want to install it. You will
need to set up an account in order to purchase content for your iPhone.
You will need this even if the content is free. This is done within
iTunes, and the process is similar to opening any kind of online
account. They will need typical identifying data, as well as a credit
card number. One thing to keep in mind is that once you open your
iTunes account, you can purchase content by using the iTunes and App
Store apps on the iPhone itself, rather than using the PC. Some folks
find this easier. However, firmware updates must be done via the PC,
and there are advantages to backing up the contents of your phone on the
PC, just in case there is a problem with your phone, and everything has
to be reset. You can then restore the phone from the backup that you
have on the PC. You might want to consider buying the book "Getting
Started With the iPhone" from National Braille Press. It will teach you
what you need to know to get started using your phone and iTunes.

Subject: i tunes and window eyes

Hello okay I am getting ready for a phone upgrade.
I am thinking about going with the I-phone.
Now I heard that you have to down load I-tunes to use with this phone.
So how well does I-tunes work with window eyes 7.5 and what all if
anything would I have to to do to make it work with window eyes and an
I-phone?
