Hi, Josh, a slight correction. It's not that IE9 won't work well with
Windows XP, it's that IE9 won't work at all with it. Microsoft has made
IE9 only for Vista and Windows 7 users. If you want to see about getting
IE8 working, you should make sure that you are running XP SP3 and all
security updates and then try to update to IE8 again.
Many thanks.

Listers,
For the last couple of days, I haven't been able to get on the internet,
using IE 8. Since I have heard that IE 9 doesn't work well with XP-hone,
I don't want to try updating. Does anyone know if there might be some fix
for this problem on the Microsoft sight? Just talked with a sighted
friend, who also had trouble connecting with IE-8, so he upgraded, but of
course, I can't do that.
Thanks for any help. Still running WE 7.2. Since I can still get my e
mails alright, I know it's not a hardware problem, such as my modem or
such. Also, I can get on with fire fox, but don't know how to work that
program.
