hi this is do to the fact that you installed the capture screen app that uses
this key. you can remove this app define the keys elsewhere or use the buy
pass command insert b buy default to pass the command threw.

Subject: Scroll Lock Key
When I press the Scroll Lock KeyWindow-Eyes says, "Start Block." When I press
the key again, it says, "value mode.". This behavior started with WE 7.5. I
have Windows XP SP3. What does that mean?
