I don't use fire fox but I hope it fixes some other buggs.

Read-To-End currently does not work with the public release of Window-Eyes 7.5 
and Firefox 4. We will soon release an update which fixes this and other 
accessibility regressions introduced into the browser due to internal Firefox 
changes.
