I attempted to install the plug in used in the GW webinars on a windows 7 64
bit machine. It advised that “a file could not be created” and it advised
rebooting the computer and closing all software then trying to install the plug
in again. This did not work. Is this problem unique to me or have others
encountered it as well. Right now I don’t know if the problem is windows 7 64
bits, something running in the background I don't know about, or some other
problem entirely.
