Hi: Yesterday, I tried to help my younger syster who has Windows 7 and Window-eyes version 7.5. I accessed her computer successfully with Remote Assistance, but I had one problem. When I opened one of her Microsoft Word documents, I could not read anything, unless I read character by character. I even created a test document and I had the same problem.
