When I choose to download a file I would in previous versions of IE do a alt plus s or tab to the save button to indicate Save rather than Open and then select the folder I want the download saved to. In IE 9 I find I have to use the numpad mouse keys to move to the upper left and then down several times till I hear Do you want to open or save? Then I have to numpad control right arrow till the pointer is on Save and then click. Is there a shortcut key? Can I no longer specify the download folder?
