sorry, I need to read the body of the email better, lol, ok since your running 
windows 7 open the start menu, type in programs and features, once open arrow 
down to bing tool bar and right click. choose uninstall and follow the primps. 
you should be good to go after this. sorry about my previous post. I need coffee
