Greetings The way I manage bullets is not to worry about them during the creation of the document. Once I am done with the document, I will highlight the section I want to use bullets. Once the area with all the paragraphs are highlighted, I press the context menu key and arrow down to bullets and numbering. This way I find I don't need to worry about the beginning and end of the bulleted lists or paragraphs during the creation of documents.

I am preparing a document, and I wish to insert standard numbered bullets such that points are listed. A new bullet is created each time enter is pressed. In the old versions of Word, you went to styles, bullets and numbering, and you selected from there. I can get to bullets off the Word ribbon, but it seems that I cannot select the traditional bullet numbering system. Older versions of Word also has a list feature, which I also liked. This was where each point was numbered - one, two etc., and the numbering was (like bulleting) automatic upon pressing enter. If bulleting is too hard with Word 2010, I would accept listing, so suggestions as to where to look on the ribbon and what to do would be very much appreciated.' Window-Eyes is v7.5. Thanks. Vaughan.
