Gale,
When Window-Eyes says "arrow," it is reporting the shape of the mouse
because it has changed. As for what specifically would trigger this at
8:00 PM, I have no definite answer other than that your computer may
have a program set to run once a day at that particular time.
Also, please do not copy both GW-Info and our support address as this
