Hi, go to the Window-Eyes User Profile directory and remove the wegpf.txt file and you won't see the error dialog there any more. It's possible that maybe there was an error which generated, but the file got corrupt. It's hard to tell since normally when you choose to send the report, it sends it and life goes on.
