you need w e 7.5 installed before the upgrade will install.
if you are useing windows 2000 all support for it has been dropped and 7.5.1
does not support it either from now on.

It's around 30 Mb in size. So if you or anyone has a file of say, 100 or
200 K, it's definitely wrong and you should try again.
